Good Enough Moms Club
-
An 8-week mom & baby group for the early postpartum months
Connection, support, and real conversations about becoming a mother.
The early months of motherhood can feel tender, overwhelming, and surprisingly isolating—even when things are “going well.” Many new moms are adjusting to enormous identity shifts while caring for a baby around the clock, all while feeling pressure to enjoy every moment.
The Good Enough Moms Club is a small, supportive, non-therapygroup for new moms and their babies (0–6 months at the start of group). This group offers space to connect with other new moms, share honestly about the transition to motherhood, and feel less alone in the messy, beautiful reality of early postpartum life.
