Good Enough Moms Club

Connection, support, and real conversations about becoming a mother.

The early months of motherhood can feel tender, overwhelming, and surprisingly isolating—even when things are “going well.” New moms are adjusting to enormous identity shifts while caring for a baby around the clock, all while feeling pressure to enjoy every moment.

The Good Enough Moms Club is a small, supportive, non-therapy group for new moms and their babies (0–6 months at the start of group). This 8-week series offers space to connect with other new moms, share honestly about the transition to motherhood, and feel less alone in the messy, beautiful reality of early postpartum life.

Who this group is for:

  • Are in the early postpartum months and craving connection

  • Want a supportive space to talk honestly about motherhood
